Mr Andrzej Massel - the Deputy Minister formally
Mr Andrzej Massel became formally the Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure. Untill now mr Massel was the Deputy Director in our Institute.
Mr Andrzej Massel on 21st December 2010 became formally the Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Infrastructure. Untill now mr Massel was the Deputy Director in our Institute.
